so i've been really wanting to take some new pole pics since i have a few new moves that have gone undocumented-- hip hold tuck and pike and also extended butterfly which i have a crappy pic of in my profile. ANYWAY do u have any tips on getting good pics? like how not to make pole face or how to get good lighting or anything like that! thanks! 😳

It really depends on what specifically you are looking for. Most of the really nice photos you see are done by a professional or by someone who has taken photography classes and understands proper lighting and angles.

this is perfect! I have a photoshoot on the 28th, its not a pole shoot per say but I need some poses.
