My understanding is that Pole Floating techniques is the ability control pole moves using strengthening techniques that Takeila teaches.

What are pole floating techniques? Chicgirl is correct. It is adds control and grace to your routines. Most people tell me that I look like I am floating on the pole so I just went with it, lol.
