Sweet twisted grip!!!

Okay so today my hubby and I sent the kids to grandma's so we could do some major cleaning...when I took a break from scrubbing carpets (real sexy:)) I decided to fool around on the pole for a little bit. Now, the twisted grip handspring has been eluding me...I've only been able to get half way up. So I decided to give it another try and got it on the first try!! 🥂 🥂 So I did like 20 of them before getting back to work. This evening I tried to get a vid of it...but I was sooooo tired that I only managed to get two half-way okay ones. I'll post the vid once I have it ready!! I found this one to be the hardest to get into but once up it feels really secure.
