SV Chat Stretching Session!

Hi all, I know it's pretty short notice, but hopefully a couple of us are going to be in the chat room today (Monday 5th September) encouraging each other to get on with the dreaded stretching... 😀 It's a couple of us UK girls starting it so it'll be 7pm GMT+1. That being said, I know there's a few US & Canada ladies who are about in the day, so here's a little chart of what time we'll be there, from the point of view of others: CET: 8pm (GMT+2) UK: 7pm (GMT+1) EST: 2pm (GMT-4) PST: 11am (GMT-7) I hope I'm right about those of course, and my is it complicated to arrange things with people across the entire globe! Of course, all these will be wrong in a few weeks when summer time ends and half of us change by an hour... Who's idea was that?! 😈

Aww, stupid work :) Want to suggest another time for it? More notice on the forums might mean extra people too.

Awww man. I am just seeing this. I was awake too. Interested in a reschedule although I have recently read that I am stretching too much which is probably hindering my progress. Also, stretch feedback would be good. Oh and thanks for the time reference 😀 I used to live in Germany which is 6 hours difference and I keep thinking UK is the same.

Today? 🙂 Going by the previous timing it'd be in two hours' time, but I'm not sure I'll have had a chance to warm up properly by then. Anyone care to join me an hour later, say, 8pm UK, 3pm EST, midday PST?

I'm on a train...! Hopefully if this is a regular thing I'll be able to make a few in future, though. I need someone to kick my butt and make me stretch, haha.
