Surgery Recovery

Hey everyone! On Monday, I'm getting my tubes tied, and I've been trying to figure out how long a break from pole I'll need before I can resume regular workouts. Has anyone else had an abdominal surgery? Were you able to start at least light workouts again in a week or two, or was it more like months? Seems like I recently had so many small things start clicking and I'll be sad if I lose it and have to re-click later.
