Is it supposed to hurt your butt? Like, my ass bone is in fiery pole-crushed hell right now. I don't have much padding to begin with, but i'm wondering if i'm holding my superman too high up my thighs, or if this is a butt bone pain that goes away like for CKR or CAR?

I think your pole is getting too high. You shouldn't have pain in that area- keep the pole concentrated to your thighs for your grip. This move is easy to power house the pole too high and into your lady bits. It takes control to get it into the right area but with practice this is something you will develop. Just don't slam yourself into the pole.
ok, thanks. I think I probably don't have the back flexibility so i have to be pretty much vertical to get my grip from the SM ==> pole in ass bone. I'll try to see if keeping the pole further down between my thighs helps any!
I had the same thing happen when I tried Dove (Superman with both arms in an overhead grab on the pole); my butt-bone was sore for days after! Glad to know I'm not the only one who has done that. (And I know the pole isn't too high in my Superman, it just moves up when I bring my hands up behind me..)
