Hey Veena, I feel like I'm going crazy - I was watching a lesson of yours on the Superman Spin and now I can't find it - I can only find the Superman, did you remove it? 🙁 Also, are you doing this on a spinning or static pole? TIA 🌸

the superman spin is on page 6 in the lessons. Remember the lessons go in order starting with warm up/cool down/strength/transitions...then moving on to spins. So beginner to advanced. 😀

Awesome, thank you! I really like the way you have the lessons laid out in order 🌸 but I still can not tell if you're in spinning mode or not in this video, this is such a cool spin 🥂
