Superman

Hi I have a problem with superman, I don't know if it happens to you too. Sometimes I rarely get it and I don't know why I don't see the difference when it doesn't come out. when I turn the body under the leg because I see that I will fall, and if not under the leg I fall. any advice? I try it in the groin, in the thigh and I see no difference thanks

It's hard to tell without being able to pause the video but for sure I can say your top arm is too low. I need to see how you're entering the move too. :)
