Great job sascha! I was trying the other night and came closer than ever have so hopefully i can say i got it too. Congrats! 🥂
ps... how did you get into it? i can only get into it by getting into crucifix and going into handstand with thighs gripping pole and ankles crossed than reaching behind me. I am trying tolearn from a basic invert, but can't seem to flip myself. Any tips? 🌸
