I'm having trouble going from a horizontal position and flipping over into the superman. I can get both my legs into a V,but have troublemoving my higher leg over so that my butt cheek is on the pole so I can flip towards the floor. I'm also having trouble with the helicopter. Are the arms supposed to be straight? Any suggestions??

i don't have a cam set up right now, but i finally found out the name of the move...so i'm trying to get into the superman while i'm in the apprentice. i'm having trouble bring the top leg down and flipping over =/. does that help at all?

hi, i just got the hang of the superman!:) this might sound odd, but what i do before i turn around (looking at the ground then) i make sure my croch is allready on the pole..so make sure you're no longer holding on with your knee 'cause you'll just slide off then.. i hope this helps:) greets Santi ps; can't help with the helicopter yet, i'll have to check which move that is first 😛
