You seem to already be a flexible chick. but i would stretch everyday as often as possible. When i was still actively dancing i would fall asleep in splits or froggy positions lol. Now usually when i sit, i sit in a diamond position . and if im standing i tend to always have my leg propped up on a counter/chair somewhere (bad habit lol). You just have to be careful not to over stretch... just make sure you apply the right amount of pressure while not over doing it.
I can't remember if you're taking the lessons Rixi, but here is the Getting started for Stretching. It will tell you how often and help you create a stretching routine. It covers the difference between stretching and flexibility training as well. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4dd66731-eab0-4b4a-aa13-41ad0ac37250
