Sometimes the sound is loud enough that the video camera picks it up, although it is not painful. What am I doing wrong?

I pop, creak and crack when i do floorwork like I'm 90yrs old. I'm with you echo, my bones grind against the hardwood floor with every floor move. Its so painful!

LE, there has to be a technique we can learn to prevent all that nonesense.... I figured the pain would teach me to avoid that but once you move wrong what can you do? lol My tail bone is the worst and once I bruised the center of my spine.
