You're right Veena the goal is not to achieve a split and hurting ourself. It's all about pushing our limits a little bit and stretching more often. Personnaly i'm not sure i will be able to do it but i surely gonna work hard on it😀
Great :) And thanks for all the reminders. What a supportive community this is! Excited to be a part of it. I'll be sure to do my "before" picture tonight.

It is nice to know that I am not the only 43 year old non-flexible lady out there tring to do the splits! Haha
This has spurred me to stretch more. I have no idea about the different splits mentioned here so don't know if I'm stretching correctly. I wish I could say I was in my 40's working on this! :) I am no where near and won't be by Christmas, but I am farther than when I started poling. Instead of 3 inches from the floor, I split 3 inches lower from standing, haha
i'm in in in! must post before pic!
Count me in too! :)

Not sure it is Sexy but we still can stretch together :)
Remember girls only a few days left to show us the result of your hard (or not so hard) work on your split. Put pic or link to pic or video of your results, i don't care if it's not a perfect split let show us what you can do😀

Oh No! I wish I saw this thread earlier. I asked santa for all 3 splits for christmas and he said I had to work extra hard all year (started in feb) to get them. Here is a picture of my centre splits, for me they are the hard ones! I can't beleive I got it!!! https://www.studioveena.com/photos/previous/4ef0b362-5c8c-40f1-a7c8-27880ac37250 I will try to get a photo infron of a tree, but I don't have one at home.
Yay everyone!
Congrats!...I really need to give myself that next year for Christmas...hanging from a Lyra if possible lol 😉

Congrat Fuzzy you're almost there 😀
I was working on my back flexibility while in the split! xoxo https://www.studioveena.com/photos/view_photo/4ef6bdfe-fe30-42f1-bb02-63be0ac37250
I didn't do a picture, but I tried a split in front of the tree the other night. I havent' done any stretching or training or workouts in a couple of months and came within a few inches cold for box splits. Straddle splits were laughable though lol.
Finally did my almost split lol too bad i didn't work on it because i'm pretty close to it https://www.studioveena.com/photos/view_photo/4f0701df-b7a8-41bb-9f91-2e060ac37250
I just saw this now (a little late for xmas, oops!) but love it! I'm supremely inflexible so while I would l love to participate in the valentines day one I'll probably be more on the Easter/4th of July track. Suppppper cute idea though. Congrats, ladies! Y'all looked amazing :)
I didnt make it, next time I guess.
i didn't make it either 🙁 hopefully next christmas i will have my splits, and a tree 😁
Valentine? Easter? come on girls you can do it💪
