Spinning vs. Static

which does everyone prefer? I am currently working on both but spinning makes me super dizzy lol.

I like them both! I like spin for more contemporary or artistic styles of dance and static for exotic/stripper style and sportier movement.
I started on static, when I got my spin pole it made me extremely nauseous. After about a week it started to go away and now spin is my favorite! I think it just makes everything look better, but I do use static when I'm first learning a new trick.
