spinning pole problem

I recently took my pole down for a party and then put it back up in it's usual spot in my house. I have never had this problem before but for some reason, it almost seems like it is spinning lopsided...I dont know how to explain it any better way than that. I have no idea what is up with it. I don't think i took it down and put it up any differently than I have in the past. Any thoughts?

If you over tighten it can bow and then feels funky....I would take it down again and set it back up. Also maybe someone at the party caused the pole to bow if they were spinning wildly on it, I've had that happen to my brass. I was so disappointed, it still spins but not like it did.

hmm...Yeah I took it down and put it back up and then it still was the same. Maybe I am just overtightening it. I will see about loosening it some. Anytime I have it at a party, i never put it on spinning mode because I don't trust anyone not to hurt themselves ha!
