Spinning mode,,whooo!

Set my x-pole to spinning mode for the first time... oh my God I didn't expect to get so dizzy! 😬 Started giggling and squeeling! Did some basic spins, but when I inverted into crucifix it got WAY too much 🙂 People on youtube / studioveena make spinning pole looks so easy, man it's hilarious but such a crazy ride! Any moves that you guys recommend trying on spinning that works better that way / is more fun than on static?

Loved this post 😀 I set to spin a week or so ago loved it so much I video blogged it lol, yup ure dam right it really does make you dizzy I moved to spin mode to try and get the pretzel so I guess thats a good move for it and i loved doing the CAR and CKR and wrist seat in spinning. hope we see a vid soon gal keep on spinning he he 😀

Hey PolePhoenix - the pretzel, I'll check it out 🙂 The pole's now nice and still after that adventure... may give it another go tonight hehe (swapped my profile picture to one my BF took whilst spinning yesterday!) It's my first pic of me on the pole (a bit nervous, somehow felt weird asking him to take a pic!) not sure if video's a good thing yet maybe with practice 🙂

Your profile pic is excellent girl 🙂 I would def recommend setting up a cam for yourself though, even if you don't publish your vids. I find its really good to watch yourself back and be your own critic. I just set my camera up on the speaker in the corner of the room, press record and then forget about it 😀 Try it, you might surprise yourself with what you capture 😛 Also I notice you're a fellow UK gal 🥂 the brits 😀 You might find this thread of interest https://www.studioveena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2314 P.S I have a vid of me trying the pretzel too, its not one of my fave moves and i'm really not getting it 😢 but other people have it totally perfect and it looks so graceful.

has anyone done the reverse grab on spin mode? i'm too scared to atempt it, and was wndering if there's a particular way to get it down? lol but i'll definately forget about it if someone strongly urges me to!
