I am choreographing my routine for Miss Texas Pole Star... However, one of the required moves is a spin to invert. I feel like I do the same stuff over and over again and am looking for some new ideas. Anyone got anything good for a spin to invert?

I'm poaching from another thread, but this is cool: cradle spin -->jamilla-->extended butterfly. I think the thread had a link to another spin to invert that started with a reverse grab-->chair-->butterfly. Good luck!

I like cradle to extended butterfly.Do you need a move for static or spinning? These are the others I can think of - all crazy strength moves, I can sorta do or not do at all... Back hook spin to figure head to shoulder mount Oona spin (reverse grab, spin around to back hook, invert to butterfly) Phoenix Chair spin into handspring On spinning you could probably do quite a few spins, release your leg position, swing your hips in front of the pole and switch hands as you invert (this was in a Bobbi's routine and nearly killed me!) I like the Corkscrew into an invert! Its not done very often....and not hard but looks cool if you pause at the end of the spin in an armpit hold( legs in attitude position) then a low aeiral invert! Hope that discription helps, if not I'll try to find the video that inspried me.😎

My favourite is still the half spin-back hook-invert v...I use it a lot.

Jumping Back Hook - Shooting Star (Jasmine) - Flatline Scorpio
I dont know what this combo is called but to describe : Pencil hold start from dumbby side --> keep holding and spinning turn to your normal invert side--> invert --> butterfly--> upside hand still hold but use your lower hand to grave your free leg from here you can do flag, pole split , knee hold etc etc
