my girlfriend has strassed (rhinestoned) her own louboutins-- took her about a week, and about $800 in swarovskis on an old pair of loubs, but she saved a few grand doing it! =)

Buy flatbacks and glue E6000. Find more info on Joey's site, it is actually quite revealing how he does if you read through. Besides, his work is even better than that of Louboutin directly.
