Hello all, my name is Michelle and I've been poledancing for about 9 months now. I belong to a studio called Bodymind run by Natasha Williams. She has 6 studios around South Africa, making her the largest studio in South Africa! Loving pole, eager to get more fit so I can do more tricks! I guess that's most people right??

Awesome to be here 😉 Our bandwidth in South Africa is slow, but our enthusiasm isn't! Looking forward to learning more from everyone here, and maybe even contributing occassionally!
Also from SA =) I started at the end of last year. Only have class once a week and they are not allowed to teach us advanced moves at the gym coz of safety reasons...so I'm kinda stuck at a point. Also do not have my own pole yet, but I want to get one in the next year. Does Natasha Williams have a studio in Cape Town (more towards the northern suburbs) ?
Hi Nitekitty! Natasha does have a franchise in Cape Town, being run by Donata. Her details under Class Times on her website (http://www.bodymind.co.za) show that she has classes Monday to Thursday, although I don't know where the studio is.
