Anyone got any tips for sore elbows? I have regular massage and have bought an elbow support which I was told to wear above my elbow as they hurt on the inside just on the bone? Thanks

Same here but I just really stretch afterwards. I feel it after climbing and I know it's prob becuz I am using my arms too much Im told. After about 30 mins Im good. I use Veena's stretches for the arms.
Its so annoying isnt it!! Thanks for the info, I do try and stretch as much as possible too. Will check out some of Veena's stretches for arms. Had my massage today and it brought tears to my eyes when she worked on my arms/elbows 😮
You may have a condition called golfers elbow, its a repetetive strain. I have it almost constantly and i have tennis elbow on the other, pain on the outside of the joint :-( . Anti inflammatories can help.
Thanks Vickie, that doesn't sound good :-( I have bought some 400mg antiflammatories to see if they help.
