Hello everyone My name is Kamilla and I'm from Denmark... I'm 19 years old, and I recently oppened my eyes to this fantastic world of pole dancing.. I just think it's the most beautiful thing. Just watching a girl who really knows her way around the pole, just makes me think.. wauw, wish I could do things like that.. SO I decided, why not? It's not like I'm gonna loose anything by trying to learn it. When I introduced my new found passion to my family, their response was "What??,, why would you wanne dance like a whore?? " So I guess I don't have their support, fortunately I don't need it ๐ Unfortunately I've never really been one of those skinny girls. I've never really had any flexibility in my body.. I might need to loose about 10 kg before I'm even able to lift my own weight up on the pole. But I figured, that can be done, right ? Just wanted to know - can anyone learn how to be a great pole dancer with commitment and determination? OR is it really nessersary to be lean and flexibly by nature? I mean, if I lost the weight, and build up some strength would my body gain flexibility just by practising?? What is your experience? Did anyone of you guys start out by being unfit and a pound or two to heavy? Or were you all practising gymnastics and running 50 miles a day when you started pole dancing?? ๐ณ Anyway, have a great day everyone ๐ Kamilla ; โ๏ธ
