Hey i should be getting he extreme super pole multi piece next week and i was wondering if its easy to put up by myself ?????? and if its top of bottom loading i was a tad confused...... i can put top loading poles up myself not sure bout bottom loading .... anyways let me know :P

I had that same pole and had extreme difficulty putting it up a guy I was dating was able to do it but it was in no way easy or quick. I also had a hard time getting a grip on it and hated the plastic shield on the bottom. I was finally able to sell it and got an xpole which I love.

I have a 1 piece PS pole and have no trouble putting it up or down myself! I have only done it with bottom loading, but I have to take it down twice a week and have not had any problems with it!
