My pole came in today, but one of the x joints wouldn't tighten properly (screw completely stuck). X-pole was amazing with the customer service, and is sending me another one (no charge), but I was REALLY looking forward to working the pole tonight. 😢 I'm a big girl, and can wait a few more days...but Boo hoo.

Awwww that's such a bummer. X-pole does have amazing service though - I love them!
Xpole is fantastic. They have done alot for my event!
Just make sure to follow up if you don't get it within a week. When I called because one of my X-Joints wouldn't move to even begin attaching to the B pole they said they were going to send out a new x-joint and new extension (they were stuck together). They forgot so I called back. However, they did send it air so I could get it up immediately once I called again! Overall, I was very impressed with their customer service!
OK, I'll follow trough in about a week. The upside to this is that it gives me time to clear a little space in my living room, and allows me to work more on floor dancing.
