I love my X-pole, but recently I can't tighten the static/spin bolt tight enough. It still allows a very small slip, so it is not as static as it used to be. Any thoughts/advice?

I wiggle mine back an forth a little bit if it won't tighten enough and try again. It seems to work for me.
Hey Jengwen, are you making sure that the screws/holes are in line with the 'X's on the base before you tighten the screws. Have a close look and you'll see two X, it's like an etching on the base so it's not too obvious. Hope that works 🙂
I do line it up with the X's. I guess I'll give it a little wiggle and see how that works. Thanks!
