Anyone know where I could find a video showing the correct technique to climb the pole from the side as well as going into a spinning chopper from an reverse knee hook spin?

I don't have them in the lesson YET They are on the list. I'll include these move in my next vid if I remember....I'll be post the challenge vid tomorrow so don't look for it in there. 😀
