I have just one, but it was a 2-part process. I'm very proud of it because I designed it myself, and other than the crappy job they did on part 2, I don't regret it. I made sure to put it somewhere that can be covered up and that probably won't show much when I'm old. I see residents at the nursing home I work at with tattoos, and you can't even recognize what they are anymore... I'm also Christian, and it's a cross, soooooo..... yeah.
I got the cross itself first; was kinda trying to incorporate a crown of thorns kinda look without actually drawing thorns - the result was a gothic-looking cross that kinda looked like it has tips like holly leaves... A couple years later I felt it needed something more and had the swirl and some diamonds added around it. I wanted the diamonds to look more like sparkles, and look much more symetric around the cross, but the guy insisted on drawing them onto my leg instead of doing a transfer and also said he couldn't make them any smaller because of his outlining needle... I went somewhere else to have it touched up where they told me I should've walked away and those guys were full of bullsh*t. It looked better than it did, just a lot more loud than I was going for.
Anyway here are the pics of the before and after. It's (obviously) on my right ankle, about 3.5 inches long...

this second one was taken just after I got the addition done, it looks much more even after I had touch-ups.
