Shout-outs for Great Customer Service!

Lizz and Randy of Lil Mynx poles are helpful and courteous and they have answered MANY emails from me. I love my black static pole! Always nice to deal with professionals! Another shout-out to Alex at Platinum Stages! Altho I have not bought a stage yet, Alex has been PATIENT and has also answered my many questions about their stage pole. He is very knowledgeable and truly wants to help in my decision-making. Thanks guys!

I'm going to second the shout out to Lizz and Randy at Lil Mynx. Sometimes I feel like I call them way too much (and sometimes in a panic) but they always help with what I need and their shipping turnaround is amazingly fast!

Awesome idea! I love it! I totally want to give a shout out to Veena and Webby- they're both always there when we have questions or need help! They both do an awesome job with this site, and I hope they know how much we appreciate it! <3 Also, totally third the motion about Randy at Lil Mynx! He's the only one I've dealt with, but he's always replied to my e-mails, and told me what they're up to on a product I've been pining for! (Granted, I may not need that product with the launch of the SV pole!) I know how hard it is to get through planning and production of a new product, but he's been patient and kind with me and all of my asking!
