OMG I have to share - I have just done my first shoulder mount from the floor. At first I didn't believe it, so I tried again and got it again! So excited, my husband isn't home so I thought I'd share my excitment here!

Congrats! I actually got both feet off the floor in SM position the other day for the first time and I was PSYCHED, so I can just imagine just how you feel--WAY TO GO!!!! 🥂
