Hi Veena, can u give me some tips of how to make my shoulders flexier? Its the only thing that stop me from doing scorpio with my 2 hands grabbing my leg....thx

Yes, you can always use the search box to put terms in like shoulder flexibility to find lessons. Also you'll see that all lessons are grouped together and descriptions mention what the focus will be.
