Does anyone have any of the Shiva Rea yoga DVD's? I've done her yoga workouts when they've been on TV and now I'd like to buy the DVD. I've seen on Amazon there are a few different DVD's out so if anyone has them, I'm wondering which one would be best for pole? I've after flexibility mainly but extra strength is always welcome too!

I love shiva rea! I first bought her "Daily Energy" dvd, which is awesome! I reccomend that and her ab core work out and her lower body core workout. also her 'fluid power' is good too. if your just starting your yoga practice i wouldnt recomend fluid power it can be a bit intimadating, however it has way more on it than any of the other dvds. you really cant go wrong- hope this helps.

You can also go to your local library and borrow the titles they have, at least you may get to preview some of the DVDs before you make the investment.
