Sexy floor moves and transitions

I have been taking pole classes for almost a year and struggle with the sexy floor and transitions moves. I want to bring sexy into my improv routines in class. Veena can you add a section of routines on sexy floor and pole moves that does not include any spins or inverts. Love the combo routines they have helped me tremendously.
