Alright ladies!!! I want to hear what YOUR favorite floor work moves are that leave your muscles BURNING the next day! Which moves give YOU an amazing work out and help build strong muscles!?

In class we do "speed bumps" and "reverse speed bumps" Ahhh I'm at a loss to describe them. Maybe someone can help me out or I'll look for a video!
so my "reverse speed bump" is very similar to Veena's Tush Push. I'll see if I can make a video for you if I have some time.

Everything I put in the Sexy Leg and Abs routine! lol I think it's pretty kick ass.
Yes I agree Veena' s legs and abs is wow ! i think the length is great you could fit it in almost anytime (if you have 20 minutes) and can work as a quick refresh my sexy for the day / night ;) it makes sure things get worked evenly for me with sexy it's hard to do even ... If that makes sense.
Agree....I hate leg days more than anything but Veenas routine is probably the most fun way to so it and it kicks my butt every time
