do i have to call x-pole to order more or is there a place i can order them online?? i have the original x-pole not the new one, if that makes a difference. one of the screws is completely stripped. I was almost not able to get it out. So now my pole is stuck in spinny til i can get replacements... :S

my condolences. i hope you fix the problem. how long have you had the pole? i sometimes worry about the same issue because i tend to tighten the screws... sadly alot. sometimes it feels like the screws loosen so the pole moves moves back and forth ever so slightly and i hate it. i hope my description makes sense. 😁
well it's stuck in spinny because i cant tighten it all the way for it to be in static due to one of them being completely stripped... so i just keep them out because i almost wasnt able to get the stripped one out... the alen wrench just kept spinning in circles, i'm lucky i was able to get it out lol
Take the screws with you to your local hardware store, you should be able to buy them. They shouldn't be expensive or anything.
I know that if you call Xpole, they should give you the exact name/type of screws you need. They did that for me anyway. And/or you can always take them with you to your local hardware store, like dustbunny said, and ask someone that works there to help you find ones that match.
