ok so the scorpio handstand seems like something after a year and a half i should be able to do. 🙁 my problem seems to be that i can't slide down AT ALL towards the floor so can get my hands down.. 🤐 i dont seem to be able to do it no matter how hard i try to focus on just relaxing down the pole.. any ideas on this? ❓

you can't slide down in scorpio? what if you bring your hanging (back) leg forward?

do you have a death grip with your leg on the pole?? I have found that bringing your outside leg around/forward helps release the tight grip with your leg...but then again I try not to even go into a scorpio handstand unless I know I'm practically at the floor! 😀
will have to try sliding down in crucifix close to the floor before switching to scorp and than try it. thnx ladies
