reverse grip on spinning.. and a few more questions.

I am currently struggling with my reverse grip on spin mode. Does anyone have any suggestions or strengthening tips. Also I have had my pole for over a year and it stays slick making it nearly impossible to get a good practice in at home. Does anyone have any tips for making a 50mm titanium pole less slick? Also I was looking to transition to a 45mm chrome pole in georgia. Is anyone selling a pole?

Do you have the lessons here Quindra if so check out the Reverse Grab lesson. I cover both static and spinning pole. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4fc4dc2f-1bd8-4026-9725-02690ac37250 You'll find 6 related lessons below the main lesson that you can use to condition and stretch for this spin. Also keep in mind this is not an easy spin and it's not for beginners. The technique is a bit different between the 2, you don't use the same body placement and you don't focus on stepping the body far away from the pole as you would in a static reverse grab. :) If you're pole has become slick try steam cleaning it, if it's slick from sweat try a product like Dirty Girl Poletice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdjeYnLLaBw
