Hi, my subscription is ending in 4 days. I can't find anywhere on the site or in my account that I can resubscribe. Can someone advise on how I might sort out another year on this site. Thanks

It might be automatic. If not, and you find that your subscription has not renewed by itself, you just do it again the same way you did the first time ;)

It's not automatic, but you should receive and email telling you it's time to renew. To subscribe again: Click on your profile name Then click on the Account option You'll see info there :)
Oh okay. I went to the account section and there's no way to resubscribe. Just tells me when it ends. I guess I'll wait to see what happens when it ends. Hopefully I wont lose my profile.

Mine just ended one day out of the blue with no email or warning. I had tried to check my status but could never find it. Love the site but that's the one suggestion I would make-to make it easier to see account info, resubscribe to extend a subscription without having to email, and send reminder emails when the subscription is expiring. Thanks for a great site!

Hey Cat, we do send out emails reminding people they're about to expire. Maybe check your spam? I'll let webmaster know if you didn't receive and email so he can look into it.
