Restarting Pole

Okay, I have been off the pole only for 3 1/2 months. I stopped because I thought i was going to be starting school. Things changed. So I decided to give it a try the other day AND..........................................wow. it looked like I never pole danced. I need advice. Where to I RE start from???? I cant even invert without swinging my back leg, and I was afraid to do my once mastered SM flip and Ayesha. I need HELPPPPP. lol
