"Rest"?

Can you do cardio on a rest day? Or is that not restful enough?

Depends on your fitness level, as in how long you've been training. Are you following a program here and asking?

Doing the invert program now. My fitness is low, but my fatness is high so I thought cardio might be good for me 😂

If it's a low impact cardio go for it!!
