Hey newschik, My shoulders don't like that trick, it's one of those "not every pole move is right for every body" things :) Also guys, not sure if you saw, but I posted a new routine that will help you with your elbow, forearm and handstands! https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/557fb444-6e60-4c80-ab79-67ca0a9aa0eb
HilaryKate AKA LolaSlaytor shared this cool Carlie Hunter Crucifix to Shoulder Dismount with me... https://instagram.com/p/4YMcLURFE-/ Veena, I feel like you *may* have done a very similar lesson but I can't find it... If not that might be a fun one to break down... But I just favorited and added a few other quick lessons to my to-do list, so no pressure... I have PLENTY to work on!
InstagramCarlie Hunter ☀️ on Instagram: "Working on tomorrow's performance... It's all about basics with this one. Transitions and pretty spins is all I can give right now and to be honest it's very nourishing to not do anything that makes me feel stressed.

No, I didn't make a lesson for it. I did share something similar https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/555e5657-9d24-417f-8192-79d20a9aa0eb
Ah, see I knew I saw you flipping around like that :)

New request; reiko spilt - one foot on pole..,,other foot trying to come to pole to hook at knee or more. Arm position seems to vary and I'm curious as to your take on it. Thanks Veena!
