Hi Ladies, How long has it taken those of you with implants to get back to poling? I'm only 10 days post op from a re-aug and my nurse advised me to wait more 10 weeks rather than 6 to go back! I understand but just am curious about when others felt well enough to go back. Thanks, |Maxine

I started poling after i got my new boobs but at the time i had them i was running every day and doing heavy weightlifting every other day. It took me 3 months to feel fully ready for lifting weights again and i had lost a lot of upper body strength from it as i had partial unders. I'm still rebuilding the strength now, but i would reccomend at least 10 weeks before trying any heavy spins and climbs etc, however, listen to your body, it knows best.

i was actually wondering about that is it harder to do certain moves on the pole when your breasts are bigger?( i have an Acup and thinking of having breast augmentation)
I have a weird situation with my boob job. Throughout my teens, I had an A cup and my other boob was nearly a D cup :( BIG difference, so I got an implant to match my other boob. So ones real, ones fake. Weird huh? Anyway, I had a LOT of complications. I bottemed out, had a second surgery and it took 4 1/2 months for the incision to heal. So I couldn't do anything for nearly 5 months! So I had to start over completely. :( I think though, as soon as your incision fully heals, you're free to pole. Just be careful and slow lol. yeah- i've wondered about fake boobs getting damaged from the caterpillar climb. The pole squashes the boob as you caterpillar up and I am concerned that a fake boob may get damaged or even rupture from the pressure... is that a silly concern???!!!
implants are tougher than you might think! I don't feel that pressure from a climb would be at all likely to damage a fully healed implant. Do wear a good sports bra for practice though. I think you do need to wait a little longer than just letting the wound heal though. It's a shock to your body having the implants placed and definately will affect your strength for a while. I am also a member on a plastic surgery forum and a lot of gals on there pole. Most took a couple of months off. If you invest that much money in boobies you want to look after them! :)

I will wait for a while, well the 10 weeks suggested although I am missing my pole badly! lol Harlette - you are one of so many women who have that size difference! I'm sorry your corrective surgery wasn't great! Just goes to show how boob jobs can "go wrong"! I know as mine did eventually! lol All fixed now though and getting better by the day! :) Thrilled to bits with my surgeon and the job he has done. I just want to work out so that I can loose the weight!!! My surgeon says girls/women look better with soft curves on them and tells all his girls to gain weight....I did and he then agreed to place bigger implants this time round! :D Now its time to shed! lol💪
