real or fake?

hi i just wanted to ask.... The xPole you guys sale on your webisite StudioVeena.com is it the actual xpole? i was reading on the xpole and i read to be aware of the fake xpoles....that many other places and websites are selling fake very similar poles.... im about to purchase one and i really wanted to order one from your website... but just wanted to make sure..... please i would like to know more on this.... thanks Veena

I bought one just recently from this Web site and it looks and feels 100% legit. This is based not only on indications for what a fake one will look like (missing the little X's and whatnot), but also that the sticker on the box reads XPOLE US. Additionally, Veena has built a wonderful pole community and in order to preserve that, she can't afford to sacrifice her members' safety by selling fake XPoles. Think of how quickly people would turn away from a pole forum that pushes potentially unsafe, inferior products, all in the name of saving a buck. P.S. Thanks for the pole and community, Veena! 🙂

Congrats!!! Mine is of course my first one, too! I did a little dance when it came and I couldn't wait to set it up!!! Are you new to pole, or just new to poling in your own home? I'm new to both, but it is so much fun I can assure you! 🥂

yay! i cant wait till mine comes in and i do my little dance:) hehe .... im a new bee!!! im new to the whole pole enviorment!!! i know nothing!! but i am willing to learn!!! im such a workout freak and i know that this would really be a great workout!!! and at the same time i think it be a sexy thing for me and my husband aswell 🙂 teehee.... you think i will have a hard time? how long u think it be todo basic stuff? well Miss Rubi im glad ur enjoying the pole!! i hope i enjoy it as much as u:)

That's wonderful! I've been taking a once a week class since October. On the first day I learned how to climb (with the instructor holding on to me. I didn't get too far up. lol) and a fireman spin, and sexy walks. Overall, the class is very slow moving which is wonderful because I'm a former couch potato and I'm still rather weak. I bet you'll catch up to me in no time! ☀️ I only recently got a home pole, which is helping me build up strength and practice more. Whether you're a slow, weak person like me or someone who works out a lot, I think the first couple days provide plenty of challenges, and they just keep coming from there. However, even I was able to do a few basic things within the hour of my first class, so I expect you'd have something to show off even after your very first practice! It feels so wonderful every time you manage to do a move you couldn't do the day before. There's a DVD that comes with the X Pole that has some instructional information on some spins and a little bit of floorwork. And I think there's instruction on how to walk kind of sexy and also to do a body roll. It was pretty helpful so make sure you take a look at that. Also look at Veena's "Pole Sit" freebie lesson on the StudioVeena.com homepage. That should give you plenty of stuff to work on your first day. 🥂

wow do we really have to take dance class for it? i was hoping to try and learn things on my own and videos..... is that a bad idea? im so glad i got to know u a bit!! im about to order my pole.... 🙂 yay:) i hope i can do a few things:) i dont wanna quit on it!!! i really want to learn neat things Rubi!!! 🙂 well i will go ahead and make sure i look at at the video and the pole "sit" 🙂 ur such a helper!!! hehe.... oh and i have another question Rubi... that 50MM pole... the height can be adjusted? to as how high low ur celing is?

Oh there's no need to take a class to learn how to pole; there's a TON of self-taught dancers around here. I just took the class because I wanted to make sure I liked pole dancing before I invested in a pole. Turns out I love it! The x pole can absolutely be adjusted to whatever height your ceiling is. Out of the box it will fit ceilings anywhere between 7'4'' and 9'. If your ceiling is higher than that you can buy additional extensions that will allow you to make the pole taller. There are self taught dancers around but honestly you will progress so much faster, safer and in the proper order of moves if you take classes. When you are alone you have nothing to go by as far as moves that should be learned, exercises to help build the strength so you can begin learning moves, prep work for moves, etc. Plus, you have no spotter when you get to intermediate levels. You want to make sure that you are warming up properly, gripping the pole properly, using the proper body mechanics, learning how to put the tricks together in a dance, getting a good cardio work out as well as strength training work out. There is sooo much to know that I think in the beginning if there is a studio near you - you should take a group class. After that practice the basics, go back for another class when you are ready to move on. Use DVD's and Tutorials as supplemental education, don't use youtube to learn off. Not everyone on youtube is using proper body mechanics or is doing tricks 100% properly and safely.

I agree with Charley in that if you have a good class around you should try to get involved with it. If you don't have anyone around the area who teaches pole I think it's ok to go it alone, but I imagine you do have to be careful and, with regard to safety, it's not a bad idea to look for video instruction with real teachers such as Veena's online lessons or the Art of Pole DVDs. (I don't teach pole or know anything advanced so keep that in mind when you weigh the value of my opinions). It's true that sometimes the ladies on YouTube do wonderful amazing moves, but they aren't necessarily done correctly in a way that will minimize risk. I hope your pole comes soon! 🤸 😀

The X poles on here are REAL....you can call X pole to verify if you want. It would be silly for me to be making post warning about fake X poles and the sell them my self. 😂 😂 My online lessons will give you a proper warm up, cool down, Strength move to do BEFORE you begin to pole and moves from beginner to advance....all in order of level of difficultly. 🥂

Veena's Poles are real!!! She even had a newsletter of her with some of the X-Pole USA people and I dont think they'd appear in a video/photos with her if she was selling fakes! I definately recommend Veena's lessons! She's an awesome teacher! 🥂

Hey, I'm a complete newbie to poling as well and was going to purchase my pole from veena for the discounted shipping rates. I've been a member since December but just haven't had the funds to get my pole. But now with tax season coming...so will my pole 😀 I've never doubted the authenticity of veena selling the xpoles she stresses safety and seems to really care for the member of the website so I am rest assured. Piggybacking of what else was brought up...are veena's video's enough to kinda self educate? I really want to get into poling and truly trust veena and love the idea of "teaching" myself. I like the idea of doing it in the comfort of my own home with just myself my pole webcam and veena's videos.

Trust me..Veena's lessons are very expert...but it is your responsibility to do them in the order she teaches them and the way she tells you to do them to prevent injury. I purchased her lessons to help break down the moves...I showed a few of her lesson vids to the owner of the gym I work at...he is a exercise physiologist, personal trainer and teaches at a Business college...he also has his Master's in Kinsology (sp?). He was EXTREMELY impressed with her accurate breakdown of point of contact, use of which muscle etc. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Veena's lessons are DEFINATELY worth it! She really breaks down everything so well and her lessons are in the order in which moves should be learned. They are safe and easy to understand tutorials! For a long time I had been trying to do a specific spin without success and the first night I bought Veena's lessons I was finally able to do the spin! And price wise they are also DEFINATELY worth it! They are so inexpensive when you consider the quality of the lessons and what price you could have to pay for studio lessons! I hope this helps with your decision! 😀

Veena's lessons are an amazing value!! She is a wonderful instructor and breaks down the moves step by step. I've been using her lessons for about 7 months and I love them!!!! I also bought my pole from Veena - it's real, and it's spectacular 😀
