"Featured Move?"

I realized with each months challenges we are all working on different things at different paces, however I'd like to propose we incorporate a "featured move" into our challenges for each month. I think it would add that extra edge to the challenge to pick a certain move we've been working on and have the challenge as that moves big reveal. Just a suggestion, not sure how everyone would like to work out the details or whether we each pick our own featured move or we all work on the same one???? Being we all work at different paces, I propose we pick our own individually. Does that make sense? Thoughts anyone? ☀️

We could do a beginner, intermediate and advanced move...that way all levels could take part....just a thought 😀

I like that! There is definitely a collective consciousness--it seemed like EVERYONE was working on the twisted grip at the same time, didn't it? But there is the issue, as Roxy pointed out, of everyone being at different levels. Maybe Veena, or another advanced dancer can suggest modifications for each level of a move? I like this idea because it adds to the cohesiveness of our community!

This is such a cute idea. This way if we're all working on the same thing (per our level of course) we can help eachother in threads and vids and chat and stuff. I love it! Veena you should do this for October's challenge. Pick a move for each level and then the regualr challenge and we can do both. So much fun!

I totally think its a great idea!! I do wanna wait until after oct......just because I want that challenge to be really open to what ever crazy Halloween 🦇 tricks and treats people can come up with. So I'm thinking we'll start this in Nov. 🥂 I love the idea. 💡 💡 💡

that's a great idea i can't wait to post my first video with you guys and i argee with the featured move for each level so no one will feel overwhelmed with something they aren't ready for but can also feel challenged 🥂
