Quick Layover in Amsterdam

Hi Veeners! I have a 7 hour layover in Amsterdam in April on my way to Ghana. Since the airport is reasonably close to the city itself, I'm hoping to leave the airport to pass some time. I love Amsterdam but haven't been there in years. Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for pole studios or parkour gyms within Amsterdam that I could check out? Thanks!
