Hi, so I'm totally new here; I just started day 2 of the 30-day Take-Off. She keeps mentioning to look below for more info, but there's nothing below. Where exactly are we supposed to look for the extra info mentioned?

i think she means read the caption under the video? so day 2 is the "rest day" and she lists some snacks to eat in the video caption. (*I think thats what below means*) Hope that helps and welcome!!

Hi! You'll see the lessons you're supposed to click on to complete the days tasks below the main video. If you're using full screen you'll need to exit out of that to see all the videos.
