question about the votes??

I noticed that each video has stars on it...what are those for? Also, I noticed that next to each comment there is a plus and a minus sign...what are those for? Just curious. ❓ I'm sure this is covered some where else, but I couldn't find it.

Sort of like on YouTube... 1 star=bad 5 stars = super good... + on a comment means you agree with it - means it was rude or you don't agree

Everyone here is so nice though, I never see any votes lower then a 5 LOL. So we must all rule then!
