I work 6 days a week. I play with my dog ive been learning how to cook from youtube. I love it.learning how to make wigs. Studying the bible fasting during lent. I did no junk food or sugar. And now i need to work on my fitness i have a very high percentage of body fat. I need to tone up. So im gonna sign up for the lessons maybe next week

sounds like your doing good, Making wigs sounds fun. I was doing keto for a little while, i was thinking of doing something other then keto here in a couple months.
Be careful with keto once you start better stick with it for life or you will gain all your weight back

I don't bother with Keto or any of those. I eat a healthy diet and I exercise. That said, I went to California, pigged out on junk, and gained five pounds. To lose those five pounds, I'm reducing my calories and exercising. I'm 57, and my common sense approach to losing weight still works.

Also, I use the Lose It! app. It gives me a way to count my calories and record my workouts. https://www.loseit.com/

Yes, I agree with Quancutie about NOT doing the keto diet and as Colleen said any other fade diet. Unless a dr has put you on keto don't, the way it's presented to the general public it's just another fade and can be problematic health wise. To echo what Colleen said....Eat LOTS of Veggies, some fruit, remember they have sugars, but bananas are great for recovery from pole. Enjoy whole grains, meat and diary. But there's no need to do fat free foods as they often add more SUGAR and other garbage! Move more! XOXOX
