hey veena! 😀 even though have had your lessons since you first started them, have never bothered w anything other than the spins/tricks. decided to just give the warm up a try as basically never bother to warm up / stretch first, and i LOVED it!!!!! 🤸 ☀️ 💣 it was fun (boring warm up = no warm up) and worked very well! 🫡 before i was even done my pole was nice and warm / grippy as was i !!! 👍 it totally improved my mood and definatly made poling easier/ more fun! 🌸 amazing job on the warm up!!! (not to mention great tricks lessons! ) 😂 🌈
