Here's where I'm at after being away from poling for 22 years. I'm having fun, that's what counts. Looking forward to moving so I can get the pole out of the garage!

Amazing! Still looking forward to the video of the pig popping in whilst you are poling although your profile pic helps give me a picture in my mind, love it! And soooooo impressed with your moves after so long away from pole!
Lol, I put the pigs out to graze so I could pole in peace. It's sooooo hot today, I didn't last long. I credit my progress to Veena and a vegan diet.

Amazing progress & interesting re vegan diet, food for thought if you will pardon the pun, as a veggie I ponder vegan life however never quite made the jump - and still giggling at the idea of the pigs following you around the pole although I am sure it's not much fun at the time!
@KateA, I run an animal rescue and my pole is in the garage so when it gets hot I open the door and piggies make their way in looking for food. It's an interesting life... When I started I just rescued cats, then included pigs and could not eat meat or dairy after that knowing what they go through. I did extensive research and discovered a lot of commonly-held beliefs are myths like the protein thing, etc. I do take a b12 supplement but that's it. There are a lot of vegan athletes. I've been vegan for many years and health as ever. Colleen Patrick Goudreau's 30 day vegan challenge is a good book to read. Going to be 49 next month and feel great! :)

Cat sanctuary.. You look amazing, I wouldn't have guessed you at 48.. You look like your 30. What's your secret for looking so young?
@mystical, I would have to say my diet and sobriety. Did a fair amount of damage dancing drunk and have worked hard to bring my body back. Also I practice meditation and mindfulness for stress.

Thank you for the book tip Cat Sanctuary, will check it out - and I remember you mentioning the pigs joining you for pole when I first joined this site & the idea made me smile lots back then as it still does now 😊
