Hi there, Just got my new chrome Xpert Xpole and have started putting it together. However,one side of one of the x joints won't budge. The other side is fine as are both sides of the other x joint. I just can't loosen it. Any ideas?.. Desperate for ideas.. :( x

Have you checked to see if it is expanded and needs to be moved in the opposite direction? If you look at the crack in the steel when it is loose the two pieces oif metal will be almost touching, when it is expanded they will be a few mm apart.
It actually won't budge either way-it's just completely stuck :(
