Problem with lupit pole g2

Hello! I’m having a problem with the four screws used to secure my pole. When I try to install the screws, I can only insert two of them, which are positioned diagonally opposite each other. The other two holes do not align with the corresponding holes, so the screws cannot be inserted. However, if I lower the metal ring/collar slightly along the pole, all four screws align correctly and can be inserted without any difficulty. I realise that i had to loose a little the pole and then the screws were fine. BUT the pole is moving when I put pressure. I'm really frustrated and i regret that i didn't buy an x-pole like my previous. So the screws don't fit when the pole is really tight, but if I loose the pole, it will move....
